LAKROZ is an ethical cosmetics brand. It represents the coming together of a multicultural alliance that helps promote the well-being of our customers. This way of working allows us to offer a range of original made in France beauty products that represent our values.
Sustainability
The raw ingredients are sourced from projects promoting sustainable economic development and employment for women. They also help protect biodiversity through projects supported by NGOs. They are processed in France by a laboratory in Brittany that specialises in products sourced from “green chemistry”.
The laboratory works with partner organisations in West Africa. Thanks to these partnerships it can constantly monitor the long-term impact of its commitments. Furthermore, the raw ingredients selected always meet the very highest standards for environmental management. The socio-economic impact and the quality of the product are also closely monitored.
Vegan beauty products
The lab’s role is to combine active ingredients according to the desired properties before each of our products is tested in strict compliance with regulations. The laboratory implements and optimises Best Practice for Production in order to ensure the very highest standards of consumer safety. It then selects raw ingredients that complement the ethically- and, wherever possible, locally-sourced natural African ingredients. That’s how this alliance of Africa’s natural wealth and French savoir-faire allows us to market beauty products that are both natural and 100% vegan.

Solidarity Economy
Our outer packaging is made from recycled cardboard printed with vegetel inks. Our communication tools are printed by a specific company that provides professional reintegration for victims of life accidents.
Our logistics, storage and order preparation are all provided by the Ateliers Malecot in Lille – France (association Les Papillons Blancs), a charitable foundation that provides occupational therapy for people with learning disabilities and mental health problems.
